Tom’s Star   class drop; she worked four furlongs at 39 mph on the 11th; and though she raeed 8 days ago she vacationed in April, she will handle the rail post just fine

Lil’s Coffee  F   (prohibitive)   she raced two weeks ago; she won at RD on the syn two Januarys ago, the elite Jaramillo rides again

Perfect Life   she hit the board in four of five sprints, winning once at RD, narrowly, here at RD last February, she drops in class, Aguilar returns

RA CE 5

Two entries raced at RD on grass, Up for the Hunt and Midnight Cowgirl, only the latter hit the board.   Altogether six contestants raced, with Midnight Cowgirl, Up for the Hunt and Baby Need Shoes having hit the board in a turf sprint.

Midnight Cowgirl F (prohibitive) drops precipitously from MSW level; she hit the board in all three turf sprints, placing in her trip at RD, Maldonado rides again

Humidity   she too drop from MSW level; Gallagher assassinates the turf sprint, and the filly turns back 1,320 feet, she sports a god syn workout (a good prelude for the turf race) on the 21st, she hit the board in half of her turf routes, the elite Berrios returns

Baby Needs Shoes   she hit the board at 5f in her debut and in two of three routes, she turns back 1,320 feet and Miller loves the maiden claimer

RACE 6

Two raced at RD and both hit the board: Joyful Mischief and Christa McAuliffe. Altogether four entries raced, with Zadra in addition to the two foregoing entries having hit the board in a dirt sprint.

Christa McAuliffe F  (prohibitive) she turns back 330 feet after placing last time out, on the grass, with Miyadi killing the turf-to-dirt transition as here, she placed at RD here on the main, the elite Jaramillo takes over

Zadra    she hit the board at 5 ½ f in her debut, with this rider in the irons, she will make her presence known

Never in Doubt   FTS;  she has very favorable ancestry for this trip, and Mathis excels in that race and kills MSW level, the seasoned Frey rides

RACE 7

Only Jimmy Blue Jeans raced at RD, he won, some time ago. All entries have won a turf route.

This is a match race among four entries, with High Plains Drifter as the fourth finisher defeating the other three.

Three entries are unrested.

Jimmy Blue Jeans   the top 2026 earner hit the board in seven of eleven recent turf routes, winning twice at one mile, with Frey aboard who knows him so well, his tremendous early speed means he will appreciate the rail

Sabertooth  F    the colt hit the board in eight of ten recent turf routes, winning once at one mile, the colt is lightly raced, rested, and top flight rider Fresu takes over

Creative Om    he won his sole route, last time out, comfortably, at one mile, and he won two dirt routes longer than one mile recently, turf expert, HOF’er Desormeaux rides, Ordonez likes allowance level and Ordonez.Desormeaux $$$$ here

RACE 8

All raced at RD and four won at RD. All entries have won the dirt route.

This is a match race among Berlin Wall, Runaway Charlie and Magnify and the latter placed at RD last time out.

Magnify F (prohibitive)   hit the board in four of five trips at RD, and won once down south two Novembers ago, he is lightly raced, top rider too

Voldemort   the Baffert entry hit the board in three of four routes, though winless, Baffert/Hernandz $$$$ here, the colt won’t mind the rail

Coach Cronin   The Inimitable Mike Smith rides; the gelding won comfortably at RD last time out once Mike took the lead, he sports steady speed figures too, Hess/Smith duo kills it here

RACE 9

The Senorita

Grade III, six and one-half furlongs, turf course ($100000)

Six raced at RD and three won: Mo’ Em Down, Surfin’ U.S.A. and Light Won Up.

Three entries never won a turf sprint: Revera, Marjoram and Dreaming of Alys never won any turf sprint.

This is a match race among four entries with Mo’ Em Down having won at RD last time out.

No entry has won at graded stakes level. Two entries won a turf stakes race: Light Won Up (at RD) and Dreaming of Alys (at one mile).

Light Won Up F  well-rested, she won at RD at stakes level here last February, and she hit the board at RD at graded stakes level in her prior race, Fresu knows her well

Will Happen     The Inimitable Mike Smith rides again, on a ML 12/1 mount by the way, she finished just a half length behind Mo’ Em down last time out, Baltas excels in graded stakes

Still Unwritten   she was well in the hunt against Mo’ Em down last time out, and Maldonado has produced two grass sprint wins in her irons, she will battle
